When You Need a Roof Inspection
There are five moments when getting eyes on your roof pays for itself many times over.
- After a severe storm, hail event, or high-wind day
- Before buying or selling a home in the Peoria area
- When you see a leak, stain, or ice dam
- As part of annual maintenance on any roof 10+ years old
- Before your insurance policy renewal or reinspection
What We Actually Inspect
This isn't a five-minute drive-by. Our standard inspection covers the exterior, interior, and every penetration on the roof.
- Full shingle field — granule loss, cracking, curling, wind lift
- All flashings — chimneys, walls, skylights, and step flashing
- Valleys, ridges, drip edge, and starter courses
- Vent boots, pipe collars, and rooftop equipment penetrations
- Gutters, downspouts, and fascia condition
- Attic interior — decking underside, insulation, ventilation, moisture
Storm and Insurance Inspections
After Peoria's storm season, we do a huge volume of insurance-related inspections. If we find storm damage that qualifies for a claim, we document everything with dated photos, provide a clear scope of damage, and can meet your insurance adjuster on the roof so nothing gets missed or lowballed.
Your Inspection Report
Every paid inspection includes a written PDF report with photos of every issue, severity ratings, and prioritized recommendations. Real estate agents, buyers, and adjusters routinely accept our reports without a second opinion.
